One source of truth
Canonical values are kept in context, not copied into every regulatory requirement.
EU product compliance data
Echuvia brings product, material, production and supplier data into one governed workspace. Teams can collect, review and version facts, link evidence and explain readiness gaps without presenting an assessment as legal certification.
Designed for manufacturers, compliance teams and their suppliers.
Canonical values are kept in context, not copied into every regulatory requirement.
Source, document hash, validity and exact usage remain linked to each value version.
Automation explains gaps; accountable reviewers approve data and legal interpretations.
The operational problem
Compliance work breaks down when product facts, supplier answers and supporting documents live in separate spreadsheets, inboxes and systems. Teams need to know which value is current, where it came from and what changes when it expires.
How it works
Every step preserves context and responsibility, so a useful readiness view never hides the data or judgement behind it.
Bring in products, materials, BOMs, production context and supplier data.
Link each proposed value to its source, validity period and supporting document.
A data steward or manager reviews changes before a new version becomes current.
Evaluate an item against an immutable, reviewed compliance-program version.
Route missing or stale information to the right owner, including a scoped supplier request.
MVP capabilities
The first release focuses on the information and workflows teams need to prepare, review and improve compliance readiness.
See identifiers, BOM, production context, suppliers, data, evidence and assessments in one place.
Manage reusable data elements in their proper product, material, supplier or production context.
Track issuer, validity, checksum, lifecycle and every value version supported by a document.
See requirement-level outcomes, selected value versions and the reason for each result.
Ask only for the missing information a supplier is authorised to provide, then review it internally.
Find affected products, prioritise gaps and rerun assessments when relevant facts change.
A practical example
A supplier provides an updated material value and supporting evidence. Echuvia keeps the response separate from the approved record until it has been reviewed.
Responds to a specifically assigned request and attaches supporting evidence.
Checks the source, context and evidence, then proposes a new value version.
Approves or rejects the version. Acceptance is never automatic.
Marks related assessments as stale and shows which products and requirements are affected.
Governance by design
Echuvia separates the internal workspace from the supplier portal. Access is tenant-aware and request-scoped, while approved values keep their complete history instead of being overwritten.
Products, programs, approvals, assessments, issues, imports and administration for authorised tenant users.
Only assigned requests and the minimum information needed to answer them. No internal navigation or unrestricted reporting.
Regulatory context
The platform is designed to help teams prepare and govern data for initiatives including the Digital Product Passport under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation. Requirement sets remain provisional until reviewed legal sources make them final.
Read Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 on EUR-LexImportant: Echuvia supports evidence-based readiness work. It does not issue legal certification, replace legal advice or automatically determine conformity.
Questions
Not in the MVP. It prepares and governs the underlying product data. Public passport hosting, QR issuance and registry publication remain future adapter-based capabilities.
No. Assessments show evidence-backed readiness against a reviewed program version and explain gaps. Human legal and compliance review remains required.
No. The supplier portal is separate and limits each supplier to explicitly assigned requests.
A new immutable version is reviewed and approved. The previous history remains available, and affected assessments can be marked stale for rerun.
Yes. Requirements reference canonical data elements, so one governed fact can be reused without duplicating the value.
